MIAAA Scholarship Opportunity!

The Michigan Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (MIAAA) is offering six $1,000 scholarships again this year to graduating senior student-athletes.  The deadline for submitting applications is February 1st. Each high school in Michigan may select one male and one female student-athlete.  The school’s Athletic Director must be a member of the MIAAA in order to nominate student-athletes and to be considered for the scholarships. Gladiator grapplers top Orioles, 45-27!

The Wrestling team beat Charlotte on Wednesday night 45 to 27.  Winners and pinners were Wyatt Daniel, Ashton Philburn, Cody Persons, Nathan Gendron, Tom Salois, Hunter Wilson, and Tyler Bennett.  Kinnner Philburn and Nathan Loose picked up two voids to bring the team 12 points.  Our next competition is Saturday at home starting at 9am.
