Winter sports are just around the corner and if you have not already started then it is time to begin your pre-season training.
Pre-season training programs are designed with a emphasis on proper conditioning, focused on getting strong enough to succeed during the stress of everyday practice and games along with building trust among teammates.
Included in the team training are the following:
- Dynamic Warm up
- Sprint and change of directions drills
- The designed workout (stength and speed/agility)
